With the high attention paid by the country to food security, China Grain Reserves Corporation, as the core force of the grain reserve system, shoulders the responsibility of ensuring national food security. In the context of the new era, the control of grain reserve losses and quality assurance have become the focus of industry attention. The National Medium - and Long Term Plan for Food Security clearly proposes to improve the modernization level of storage facilities, promote green grain storage technology, reduce grain storage losses, and ensure the safety, quality, and efficiency of grain reserves.  

In the field of grain storage, temperature control is the key to ensuring safe storage of grain. Traditional temperature control methods have high energy consumption and limited efficiency, while electric refrigeration technology provides an innovative solution for thermal insulation of grain silos. This technology achieves cooling without the need for electricity through efficient solar reflection and mid infrared thermal radiation. To verify the application effect of electric refrigeration technology in temperature control of grain warehouses, the Central Reserve Grain Haikou Direct Warehouse Co., Ltd. has joined forces with Chuangleng Technology to actively explore the application of new electric refrigeration technology in temperature control of grain warehouses, in order to achieve the goals of energy conservation, emission reduction, and improving grain storage quality. Based on application testing data, the non electric refrigeration coating iPain exhibits significant thermal insulation effects, especially in controlling temperature fluctuations and reducing energy consumption in grain warehouses. Its performance is superior to traditional insulation materials, and it has important value in improving the energy-saving and emission reduction benefits of grain warehouses and protecting grain storage quality.

The successful implementation of this project not only responds to the national policy orientation of green grain storage and energy conservation and emission reduction, but also provides a new technological path for the thermal insulation renovation of grain depots, which has a profound impact on promoting the technological progress and sustainable development of the grain storage industry. By continuously optimizing grain storage technology and management mode, China Grain Reserves Corporation is firmly moving towards the strategic goal of ensuring "absolute food safety", improving grain storage quality, and safeguarding national food security.
