The electric cooling coating of Chuangleng Technology has been successfully applied in more than 20 countries and regions around the world. By independently developing nanomaterials, efficient solar reflection and mid infrared radiation can be achieved, achieving zero energy cooling with a maximum cooling effect of 42 ℃. It is suitable for industries such as construction, power, chemical, grain storage, photovoltaics, logistics, and new energy. Unlike traditional air conditioning systems, passive radiation cooling technology can reflect the vast majority of sunlight and effectively radiate heat in the mid infrared range, achieving cooling without the need for energy or refrigerant.

Non electric refrigeration technology: heat flows outward, the earth is improving


Chuangleng Technology's electric refrigeration technology has become an important energy-saving and carbon reducing technology, and has obtained multiple international patents. Chuangleng Technology was founded by professors and young scientists from the School of Energy and Environment at City University of Hong Kong, transforming the research achievements of top journal Science into commercial applications. Inspired by the unique hair structure of the Sahara Desert silver ant, Chuangleng Technology has independently developed multi-component and multi-scale nano particle materials through deep integration of materials science, optics, and heat transfer principles, achieving efficient sunlight reflection and mid infrared radiation through atmospheric windows. The reflectivity and mid infrared radiation rate of sunlight are both as high as 95%, effectively suppressing heat absorption and promoting heat release, achieving zero energy cooling without the need for external power sources and refrigerants.

Zero Carbon Material


In the context of global climate change and national "dual carbon" strategies, clean energy materials and energy-saving and carbon reduction technologies have extremely important strategic significance. Traditional cooling methods, such as air conditioning systems, consume a large amount of energy, leading to a significant increase in greenhouse gas emissions and seriously hindering the achievement of the "dual carbon" goals. As a zero energy consumption and zero pollution refrigeration technology, Chuang Leng's electric refrigeration provides new opportunities for sustainable carbon neutrality. The series of electric refrigeration products are widely used in green buildings, industrial fields, and daily life, providing efficient and environmentally friendly cooling and temperature control solutions for various scenarios. The product has been certified according to ISO 14001, 45001, and 9001 standards, and has undergone rigorous testing to meet mechanical performance requirements such as waterproofing, oil resistance, dust resistance, flame retardancy, and high hydrophobicity. It also complies with RoHS, REACH, hazardous substance testing, HKCC, and China Green Product standards, ensuring safety and harmlessness. Lean Engineering


Green lean engineering is an important component of the development strategy of T-ZELCA, a one-stop service for the entire lifecycle of Chuangleng Technology Engineering. Life Cycle Assessment


LCA evaluates the impact of energy and material usage and environmental emissions by identifying and quantifying them, and assesses and implements opportunities for environmental improvement.

We use Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tools to determine product design, establish a green design support database, fully consider the resource and environmental impacts of downstream production, use, recycling, and other processes, and improve product reliability and usability. In the context of addressing global warming, the high energy consumption problem of traditional refrigeration equipment is becoming increasingly prominent. The research of Chuangleng Technology has made great progress in the development of electric refrigeration technology and coatings based on principles such as radiation, optics, and heat transfer. Its core is to achieve zero or low energy consumption cooling through material innovation or natural energy utilization. Chuangleng Technology focuses on electric refrigeration technology and provides refrigeration materials that require no electricity or have extremely low energy consumption, meeting the global demand for low-carbon/zero carbon refrigeration (such as cold chain logistics, building cooling, food preservation, etc.). By quantifying the environmental benefits of products through LCA, such as carbon reduction and energy savings, we can assist ESG investors and provide accurate data analysis for government subsidies or environmentally conscious enterprises. For example, after using our technology, the Hung Hom Sports Centre in Hong Kong saves 300000 kWh of electricity and reduces 150 tons of carbon emissions annually. This not only reduces the use of air conditioning, but also improves the living and office environment.
