Since the 14th Five Year Plan, China's energy production and utilization methods have undergone significant changes, with clean energy accounting for 23.4% of total energy consumption, and the cumulative installed capacity of hydropower, wind power, and solar power all ranking among the top in the world. The rapid growth of the photovoltaic field has also brought a series of challenges. Among them, the heat dissipation problem of photovoltaic panels is particularly prominent, and high temperature environments can affect the power generation efficiency and service life of photovoltaic panels. In addition, with the continuous expansion of installed capacity, how to improve the stability and reliability of photovoltaic systems and reduce maintenance costs has become a key issue that urgently needs to be addressed in the development of the industry.
Chuangleng Technology's non electric refrigeration coating is based on a unique structure formed by polymer and inorganic nanoparticles, which can achieve excellent optical and thermal management performance. It can efficiently reflect solar light and emit mid infrared radiation through the atmospheric window, with a solar reflectance and mid infrared radiation rate of up to 95%. It effectively suppresses heat absorption and promotes heat release, achieving zero energy consumption refrigeration without the need for external power sources and refrigerants.
Jingyuan International Group, as an important clothing manufacturer in the global textile value chain, not only focuses on implementing sound environmental practices, but also is committed to operating its business in a sustainable manner. Jingyuan International actively promotes the vision of achieving net zero emissions by 2050 and promises to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 35% by 2030. Guided by this emission reduction target, Jingyuan International Group has implemented the rooftop solar photovoltaic plan. As early as August 2022, the group had installed solar photovoltaic systems with a total capacity of 7.8 megawatts in different operating countries, and plans to expand the plan to all factories by 2025 to accelerate decarbonization actions.
In this cooperation, Jingyuan Group adopts Chuangleng photovoltaic coating, which is applied to the installation area of photovoltaic panels on the rooftops of two buildings in Dongguan Jingyuan Industrial City, covering an area of over 7000 square meters. The current project has been launched. By applying innovative cold photovoltaic coatings, the thermal management performance of rooftop photovoltaic panels will be effectively improved, the working environment temperature will be reduced, the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic system will be increased, thereby enhancing the overall energy output efficiency and accelerating Jingyuan International's goal of achieving net zero emissions.
