These traditional technologies typically rely on electrically driven mechanical systems, which have high energy consumption and operating costs. Mechanical failures may occur during continuous operation, resulting in high maintenance costs.

The cold storage coating provides an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution. By applying it to the outer surface of the grain silo, it stabilizes the temperature inside the silo, effectively maintains a low-temperature environment, ensures the storage quality of grain, reduces refrigeration energy consumption and operating costs, and reduces maintenance requirements.

The Henan Grain Industry Park has applied a cold storage coating on the outer surface of the grain silo, reducing the surface temperature by 30.9 ℃ and the internal temperature by 2-5 ℃, saving maintenance costs by 25%, effectively maintaining a low-temperature environment, reducing air conditioning energy consumption, and ensuring the storage quality of grain.
